In order to provide each client with the high level of care that Lashes and Brows by Ali is proud to offer, it is important for all clients to adhere to very basic courtesies. I hope that you understand that these policies are in place for the benefit of all clients.
New Clients
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive 15 mins before your appointment to account for parking.
*Please notify me of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

Deposits
In an effort to maintain the highest quality of service for all clients, I have adopted the following policy regarding deposits:
To accommodate your desired appointment a $100 deposit is required at booking for services over $200
Tardiness
Please keep in mind that my schedule does fill up and so tardiness is going to cut into your scheduled appointment and the full price of the service will be charged.
Clients more than 15 mins late will be assumed a no-show. If you are running late there will be a late fee for having to push everyone on my schedule later. Better to be too early then late. If you are running late PLEASE TEXT ME and let me know your ETA.
Cancellations
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 1 week in advance. If you cannot give me 1 weeks notice this is going to force me to spend time to fill it last minute and for this it will be a 50% cancellation fee. Tentative serious appointments only.
When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies.
No-Shows
A client is considered a no-show when he or she does not cancel their scheduled appointment in advance of the scheduled time and does not show up for their appointment. A client who is greater than 15 minutes late without notice will be assumed a no-show. If a client no-shows they will be charged 100% of the rescheduled service before rebooking. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same. Clients who habitually no-show will be referred to another spa with less rigid policies.
If a client no-shows for a complimentary or reduced cost service that savings will be forfeited.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. I will do my best to keep my clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Cell Phones
Please refrain from answering text messages and playing with your phone during our appointment, unless you're experiencing an emergency.
Children
I kindly request that you do not bring children along for appointments. The times for these services are rather lengthy and your eyes will Neither you or your I will be in a position to care for your child during these services. If they are at an age where they can be on a tablet or reading that’s fine with me. I just cant have grabbing hands, or babies in diapers.
